More on Web 2.0
Last week I began teaching enrichment classes at our school and I am finding that the Web 2.0 tools are a great addition to my lesson. I have adapted the lesson to use http:// bubble.us in place of the traditional organizers. I also used voicethread to create a slideshow of the lesson with my voice included. I would like to extend the lesson and use it as an online activity for the students so that they can add their comments. I had a lot of fun and I can't wait to adapt more of my plans.

New 2.0 Tools
Now is the time to play. We are getting an opportunity to learn a new Web 2.0 tool. I think that this will be a great opportunity to discover what is out there. My only problem is that I will want to try so many different tools. I teach different disciplines, so I think it will be hard to find just the right one. I will be using the next week to try a couple of the appealing tools, so stay tune and I will let you know how the process goes.

Tools That Are Useful
I found another great tool to use, Google Forms and I wish I had it four years ago. Back then, I was in charge of pre and post testing for our school. I designed an excel sheet that recorded the students’ scores per question. This was designed to help the teachers to identify which concepts were understood and which were not. I think if I had known about Google Forms, I could have used it to do the same thing that I did with less headaches.

Still Learning
Just when I think I’m getting this Blog thing, something happens that makes me think I am lost again. I was on Megan Woltmann’s Blog, trying to leave a comment and I did something that messed her Blog up. I don’t know what I did but I have to be signed in or you can’t see who left the comment. If anyone knows how I can fix this on her blog let me know.
